Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our automotive diagnostic, programming, and ECU cloning procedures.

Pricing is customized based on several technical variables, including the vehicle manufacturer, specific ECU type or hardware architecture, and the overall complexity of the diagnostic or programming procedure.

To help us evaluate your request efficiently, please send a clear photo of the vehicle's license plate or VIN details alongside a detailed description of the problem and the specific service required (such as control unit programming, coding, or system adaptations). If we haven't worked with your facility before, kindly include your garage name and location so we can log your details correctly.

If your project involves module cloning or specialized bench work, please include a clear picture of the ECU part label. This allows us to verify hardware specifications and determine the correct cloning procedure ahead of time so we can provide an accurate cost estimate.

We offer flexible service options depending on the nature of the job. For software programming and ECU remapping tasks—such as EGR, AdBlue, DPF, or TVA solutions—we travel directly to your garage to perform the work on-site. For complex diagnostics, mobile support is evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the vehicle's drivability, current operational status, and travel distance. Reach out to us with your location and symptoms, and we will coordinate the best approach to get the job sorted.

Yes. In addition to our core diagnostic and programming work, we supply and configure replacement modules in general when components are unrepairable or need to be swapped out entirely—including ECUs, ABS modules, and instrument clusters. If we need to source a replacement module, the hardware cost is incorporated transparently into the final service estimate.

We take complete professional responsibility for every vehicle, control unit, and component entrusted to our care. If an unexpected issue or accidental damage occurs to a module while it is actively being worked on by our team, we will repair or replace it entirely at zero extra charge to you. Your peace of mind and the integrity of your customer's vehicle are our top priorities.

We review and respond to all trade inquiries Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM (GMT/GMT+1), with a standard turnaround within 24 hours. Our team is offline during weekends and public holidays.

For all ECU programming, cloning, immo-offs, and module adaptations, we stand firmly behind our labor. If a vehicle is delivered to us and returns with the same or a closely related issue within 30 days of completion, we will re-evaluate and check the system free of charge to ensure our work was performed precisely right.

For professional workshop services and completed jobs, we primarily prefer cash payments on site upon delivery. Alternatively, we also accept digital mobile transfers via MB WAY for streamlined and secure checkout.
